Odoo 13How to sort your products by default on website?
You can decide how you want to sort your products on your website in the right corner ( catalog price or name) but this not by default.
You can change the URL (Website > Pages > Edit MEnu) with the "sorting by" you are looking for.
For example with A-> Z you can add:
shop?order=name+asc#
To install this Web App in your iPhone/iPad press 
and then Add to Home Screen.
